Jennifer catches Bart, her next door neighbor, cheating on his wife. She confronts him and drags him to her basement for a good, sound, old-fashioned spanking. Angered by Bart's insincere attitude, Jennifer shackles him to the ceiling to expose his bare bottom to more and more severe implements of punishment. Bart is helpless before the painful onslaught of Jennifer's strong arm, and his attitude soon changes! When he promises to be good, Jennifer makes Bart count the final strokes with a very heavy leather paddle. But Bart is so distraught that he looses count and Jennifer starts over twice!!
