Of course, silly tenant Stephen doesn't realize his beautiful landlord really meant all the strict rules she made him read. Signing on the dotted line, he agreed to follow her rules or face "serious consequences as determined by Miss Persephone." Sadly for Stephen's bottom, he is soon breaking more than one rule with a wild party, complete with plenty of loud noise. Bad boy! Miss Persephone is not amused by his childish behavior and offers him a choice. He can have his rent doubled, starting immediately, or he can accept punishment. Laughing, Stephen chooses to be punished, after all, how bad can that possibly be?

Plenty bad, as naughty boy Stephen soon finds out. Over the sofa he goes, ass in the air for a sound lashing of his thighs and balls with a good, sturdy belt. Lots of painful ball grabbing have him swearing to behave, and some belt lashes applied to his tender nipples prove that Miss Persephone's rules were meant to be obeyed! Who's a sorry little boy now? A little humiliation is just what this brat needs, and Persephone gives it to him good. His tongue is forced to lick and shine her shoes and worship her fragrant nylon clad feet. "Lick it just right little man, you know you deserve this and worse!" Annoyed with his feeble efforts to please her, Persephone settles her entire weight down on his face, smothering him entirely. When Persephone sits on your face, only allowing you to breath when she wants you to, you better know how to hold your breath for a long time!

Raking her long, elegant fingernails across his back makes him squirm and moan in anguish, he is at her mercy and he knows it. A good, hard spanking with her firm hand only warms his ass for the punishment still to come. Persephone can spank very hard indeed!

Making him lie on his back, legs in the air, she beats his naughty bottom with her belt, a horse dressage whip, a giant fly swatter and a hairbrush-which she also uses happily on the backs of his thighs!
