Samantha has opened an establishment for the punishment of errant males. She recognizes one young man from school, and flashes back to a time when she caned him in the headmaster's office. She promises to whip her charges into shape, and she sends them off to the gym where she runs them through their paces - stark naked - with a little help from her paddle and cane! She gives each one a sound thrashing and promises that they will be quite fit and thoroughly punished when she is done.
